Product description

1. Bed frame: thick-walled weighting frame, ribs are added inside the gantry (X beam) and bed legs (double Y beam). The tempering heat treatment of the fuselage is all tempered, the internal stress is eliminated, the deformation is prevented, and the driving rigidity of the bed is excellent. The unique spindle box design is more stable and accurate for spindle machining.

2. Taiwan new generation control system can work completely offline, does not occupy any computer resources, and has the functions of processing time prediction, power-off memory, power-off and continuous carving.

3. The drive system adopts Japan Yaskawa servo motor and drivers, which greatly improves the driving speed and stability of the equipment.

4, imported four rows of steel balls, widened linear guides (X/Y uses 45mm square rails, Z uses 30mm square rails), electronic oil cans self-lubricating blocks. The forces are equalized in all directions during engraving, ensuring mechanical precision and strength.

5. The Z-axis is assisted by double-strength balance cylinders, effectively eliminating the micro-vibration caused by the high-speed movement of the Z-axis, improving the smoothness and precision of the machined surface, and reducing the load on the Z-axis servo motor, balancing the Z-axis motion and stretching assistance. 6. Z-axis servo motor with brake function, automatic electromagnetic brake after power failure, to prevent the Z-axis from falling due to its own gravity, improving the safety of machine operation.

7. The gantry adopts the unique triangular balance rail structure in the industry. The gantry beam is designed with three guide rails, and the Z-axis support is forced to form a triangle. Improve the stability of Z-axis multi-curve high-speed machining, and have a balanced auxiliary rail to prevent the Z-axis from leaning forward.
